​How do I report a bug in the Portal?

​Are there any future developments for the Portal?​

Yes, we are always aiming to improve the Portal. You can view our current list of Developments here.

​​How long does it take for the data I've added to the Portal to update on my Website?

On average it takes approximately 15 minutes for Portal data to surface on your website. We recommend waiting a maximum of 30 minutes, and if changes still haven't pulled through, please report this to us.

​​How many users can we have on the Portal?

We recommend giving access to a small group of people who will regularly update your Portal data.

​​Where can I suggest an improvement?

You can submit a Change Request using our Contact Form.

What if I don't have any Shops?

If you don't have any Shops to add to the Portal, you don't need to take any action!

​​I'd like to book a 1:1 Portal Session

Please use our Contact Form to let us know if you want a Portal 1:1 session, along with what days and times work best for you. You will receive a calendar invite via portalaccess.

​​How do I add a new Portal User?

​​In your Organisation there is a Portal User with "Superuser" Access who can invite others to the Website area of the Portal by following the dedicated guidance here.

​​Where can I access the Portal?

Can we add images, videos and other media to a Portal Page?

As it stands you are not able to add media of any type to the Portal Pages; however, you can link off to a separate CMS page that holds such media (e.g. on your Portal Page you can have a line saying something like: "View our testimonial videos here" and 'here' would be hyperlinked with a CMS page that houses your videos.
